Legitimation. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is based on the consent that will be requested in the registration, contact and subscription form to the newsletter. The user who provides personal data through email or the registration form, contact and subscription to the newsletter of the J.Obach website, is voluntarily providing personal data.  The personal information you provide us through the registration form, contact and subscription to the newsletter and emails, will be entered under the responsibility of J.Obach, and will remain confidential and protected.

In this regard, J.Obach informs users that in compliance with RGPD 679/2016 it has an Activity Register. Therefore, by clicking and accepting the privacy policy, the user expressly accepts, fully and without reservation that J.Obach can treat your personal data in an automated way in order to be able to provide and offer their e-commerce services.
